Sway is a cloud-based app that integrates with Microsoft Office 365 that allows you to create and share multi-media presentations, called Sways, using a web browser or mobile device.
If you have a Microsoft account you can combine text and media such as videos and images into a presentable website. Sways are stored on Microsoft’s servers and are tied to the user’s Microsoft account.
Sways are a digital form of communication and cannot be downloaded or shared offline. They can be shared with anyone without them having to sign in, sign up or download anything. Privacy settings can be changed to lock down who you share it with.
There are pre-deigned templates or, like us, you can design them from scratch. Layouts can easily be customised and changed.
Sways can be used to create reports, presentations, newsletters or stories which is great for businesses that don’t have an intranet or an email messaging system like Newsweaver or Campaign Monitor which are licensed.
