Permission Click: https://permissionclick.com/ is a nifty tool for event organisers.
We used it recently for the annual Standard Bank Pensioner Event we facilitate for the Durban branch. This year they needed to go digital. We designed an electronic invite embedded it into an Outlook message hyperlinked to a form set up on Permission Click.
The form is the digital RSVP, collecting participant information and confirmation of a disclaimer. Attendee information goes into the backend and is downloaded into Excel format for easy event organising.
The great news is that not only does it work perfectly, it’s free!
